An important element of the boiler island is the installation for receiving and transport of combustion waste.

ELEWATOR Limited Liability Company offers ash removal and wet deslagging systems, individually adjusted to a given type of boiler, Investor’s requirements and quality of fuels being combusted.We possess proven construction solutions for offered devices, which ensure high work availability in special exploitation conditions occurring in installations in question.

We make wet chain deslagging installation consisting of:

- bottom ash hopper placed between the outlet of boiler combustion chamber funnel and slag removers

- slag removers made of elements and units resistant to hard working conditions,

- crushers,

- belt, feeder or bucket transport system transferring slag to the place of waste storage or to silos.

- protection against mechanical and electrical overload

- anticorrosive protection according to environment corrosiveness
